Outseer continues to enhance its case management application, and this update is the latest of several updates which directly improves the efficiency of fraud operational teams and investigations. Unlike other 3-D Secure providers who require professional services to make changes to their solution, Outseer provides the flexibility to configure the platform and the customer experience directly in the case management platform. The latest enhancements improve the details of a specific case that can be tracked and reported in the case manager. For example, fraud teams can now perform more detailed actions with the customer PAN (Primary Account Number) and phone numbers directly through the case manager interface. Additionally, searching specific transaction details and instances has been improved.

In addition to case management changes, the latest release improves the configuration manager for more control over the OOB authentication methods for individual card authentication events.
