John Filby is a recognized leader in fintech innovation and financial crime prevention, with more than 25 years driving growth and transformation across tech businesses ranging from start-ups to public companies. As CEO of Outseer since April 2022, he has championed groundbreaking fraud prevention strategies and solutions that protect some of the world’s most trusted financial institutions.

Previously, John served as President of the Risk & Compliance Division at Fiserv, where he led the development and global launch of an award-winning suite of transactional risk products. His leadership has advanced industry best practices in authentication, fraud detection, and compliance, positioning him as a sought-after voice on the future of financial crime prevention.

John has also served as an independent board member for several PE-backed fintech companies, including Abrigo, a market-leading SaaS provider of risk and compliance solutions. He is a frequent contributor to industry discussions, helping shape the conversation on how technology, data science, and values-based leadership can address ever-evolving fraud threats.

Yogesh Patel is the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Data Scientist at Outseer, with more than two decades of experience in fraud prevention, financial crime, and advanced data science.

Before joining Outseer, Yogesh was CTO and Chief Data Scientist at Callsign, where he provided technical leadership in security and machine learning. He played a pivotal role in the company’s growth by delivering a digital identity solution for the financial services industry, leveraging behavioral biometrics and device identification.

Previously, he served as Security and Fraud Enterprise Architect at HSBC, creating the bank’s global security and fraud technology strategy, and as Fraud and Financial Crime Domain Architect at Lloyds Banking Group, where he designed and delivered market-leading fraud and financial crime programs in the UK.

Yogesh holds a PhD in cross-channel fraud detection using recurrent neural networks in computer science and a master’s degree in electronics engineering. His career has been shaped by witnessing the devastating personal and financial toll of fraud, inspiring his belief that fraud prevention is not just about algorithms, but about understanding behavior, context, and intent — principles that guide his work at Outseer.

Jason’s deep experience in finance includes senior positions at Blue Ops, a provider of finance advisory services and analytical tools to private equity firms, and Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX) where he played an instrumental role in developing their next core business in FinTech. Jason joins Outseer from Provation, a private equity-backed, B2B SaaS company now owned by Fortive where he led financial planning and analysis and business intelligence. Jason earned his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Christopher P. Willis is Chief Marketing Officer at Outseer, leading positioning, perception, demand creation, product marketing, and communications as Outseer rapidly expands its fraud and risk management footprint worldwide.

Willis brings more than two decades of experience accelerating B2B SaaS and technology businesses in fintech, mobile, and AI. Prior to Outseer, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Axios HQ and Chief Marketing & Pipeline Officer at Acrolinx. Earlier in his career, he held C-level leadership positions in marketing, brand strategy, technical sales, and product at Perfecto, Verivo, Pyxis Mobile, and KPMG-CT.

A recognized thought leader in growth-stage technology and go-to-market strategy, Willis is a sought-after speaker and advisor to GTM and communications leaders in SaaS, AI, fintech, and beyond. He is an advocate for data-driven marketing, commercial innovation, and the power of communications and marketing to drive enterprise value. He holds a BA from Gettysburg College.

Stacy is the Chief Human Resources Officer, with over 20 years of HR experience in high-performing, fast-scaling, global technology organizations. Most notably Stacy was a member of the executive team at Winshuttle, an STG portfolio company where she played a key role in a highly successful business and culture transformation.

Mark is a customer success leader with over 30 years’ experience of delivering professional services, education, and support to customers around the world. He has a track record of building high performing, client focused service teams in a range of organizations including AT&T, Siebel, FIS, and Fiserv.
